Cultist Rush Royale, PvP Decks

Cultist rush royale

Cultist is so much fun with its talents! Check out these Cultist Rush Royale decks for PvP! Many (if not all) of these decks have been tested by myself at around, 5300+ trophies with my level 9 Cultist. I have included screenshots and how-to-play info, so that you may try them.

Your Cultist does not need to be high level. With lower levels, you can still achieve good results in PvP (and Coop Dungeons), depending on your trophy level.

Have fun gaining trophies! Also, see my main Rush Royale PvP decks page.

Decks with √√√ have screenshots included. All decks should have how-to-play information.

Cultist Rush Royale, Talents

Harbinger of Evil (level9, left side)

Cultists receive souls when merging or making a sacrifice. Each soul increases Cultist damage by 2%. When the number of souls reaches 20, a Cultist in demon form transforms into a Harbinger, which increases their attack speed by 15%.

Harbinger of the Abyss (level 9, right side)

Cultists in demon form receive souls when merging or making a sacrifice. For every 6 souls, a guardian demon is summoned. When it dies, it sets fire to a random unit of your opponent, lowering its rank. Summoning 4 guardians transforms a demonic Cultist (in the center) into a Harbinger, which receives a soul every 20 seconds. In Co-Op and Plunder modes, guardians grant mana.

Great Ritual (level 11, left side)

When a Sacrifice is activated, it destroys both Cultists and other units on the field corners. The other units don’t grant mana, but they have a 25% chance of granting a soul.

Cleansing Sacrifice (level 11, right side).

When a Sacrifice is activated, every destroyed Cultist cleanses 3 random Cultists from a negative effect and increases their damage by 10% for 10s.

Unity of the Cult (level 13, left side)

A Cultist in Harbinger form increases its damage by 5% for every Cultist on the field, including Harbingers.

Monsters of the Abyss (level 13, right side)

When killing monsters, one Cultist in Harbinger form has a 15% chance to summon speedy demons onto the opponent’s field. When a mini boss or guardian demon appears on the opponent’s field, a Cultist in Harbinger form increases its damage by 25% for 15s. Doesn’t work in Co-Op or Plunder modes.

Flame of the Abyss (level 15)

When attacking, a Harbinger creates a fiery chasm for 2s. The chasm deals 100% of the Cultist’s damage every 0.2s and reduces monster armor by 40%. There can only be one chasm on the field at a time.

PvP Cultist Rush Royale, Tips & Info

Cultist general tips

  • Early on, connect Cultists to start doing more damage.
  • We want to connect/link at least 5 Cultists in the form of a T or a cross, asap!
  • Rank 1 units are very weak, and can be easily removed by negative effects; rank 2 are not much better.
  • The Cultist in the middle of the “T” does much more damage, keep upgrading it as much as possible.
  • The Cultists on certain special tiles do more damage, try to place your middle Cultist there.
  • IMPORTANT: Make a Harbinger by accumulating souls. Souls are made by sacrificing Cultists in the corners (click the Cultist image at the bottom of the battle screen), by merging Cultists, or by Scrapping them with Scrapper. A soul counter will be visible on the Cultist image, at the bottom of the battle screen.
  • Upgrade your units with Dryad and/or Scrapper.
  • When you have finished setting up and upgrading your first Harbinger, you can try to make a second one if needed.
  • Remember to put on your best PvP equipment.

Other units and teammate tips

  • Bombardier stuns the enemies and avoids several of the bosses’ abilities.
  • Chemist weakens enemies so we can eliminate them faster.
  • Executioner finishes off damaged enemies when they have low HP.
  • Trapper temporarily weakens and slows the enemies with his traps.
  • Sword buffs your units’ damage and critical chance. It can also debuff your enemy’s units. An awakened/active Sword (level 9+) will automatically apply its effect every 15 seconds (with the correct talent).
  • If you have him, use Portal Keeper to easily set up your Cultists.
  • Also use your Portal Keepers to counter/remove the effects of the Lion mini boss, Pudding boss, Virus boss, Dark Priest boss, etc…
  • Remember that your opponent’s equipment can affect you. You can click on your opponent’s hero to see their equipment.

A. PvP Cultist Rush Royale Decks with Harlequin, Portal Keeper and Dryad (recommended)

I recommend playing this group of Cultist decks first before trying the others.

They are easy to set up due to Portal Keeper and Harlequin.

We can copy a Cultist with Harlequin whenever we want to because we can use Keeper to remove the Harlequin debuff.

Early on, use Dryad to upgrade your Cultist in the middle and those around it. Also upgrade your support units such as Chemist, Trapper, Sword, etc… when needed.

Sacrifice Cultists in the corners to obtain your Harbinger.

A1. CULTIST – Harlequin – Portal Keeper – Dryad – CHEMIST
