- Cool Artifacts influence the gameplay and your build.
- Plenty of characters and things to unlock.
- No cap on number of magic weapons you can run. You don’t have 6 slots like in other games of the genre.
- Exp gems laying on the ground to pick up at start.
- Randomly placed temporary power ups on the ground.
CONS
- A short ad is shown when you finish or quit a stage. Even if you choose not to revive.
- No mini bosses appear like in other games.
- The text could be a bit larger, sometimes it’s a bit hard to read on my phone.

- You can level up survivors, equipment, pets, etc…
- Several collections to earn and keep you busy.
- There is plenty to do: challenges, events, trials, etc…
- Challenging mini bosses appear sometimes.
- You can see your weapon damage stats during or after the game.
CONS
- It’s easy to lose track of where you are during boss fights or tough waves. Without a doubt, this is a recurring issue with games like Vampire Survivors.
- Only 1 hero available when you start.
- Also, it’s not easy to unlock more heroes.
- The game’s volume is a bit too loud, even on minimum volume.

- From time to time, a mini boss will appear and reward you if you eliminate it. Surprisingly, I encountered a mini boss that jumps on you and shakes the screen; very original and scary!
- There are many different things to collect. For example, heroes, weapons, tomes and enemies.
- Obstacles in the stage can sometimes provide protection from the mobs.
- You can level up your heroes to unlock abilities.
- The damage stats for the weapons you choose can be seen during battle from the pause screen or after the battle.
CONS
- Only 1–2 heroes are available at the beginning, and it’s not so easy to unlock more.
- Most of the weapons are not original, I’ve seen them before in other games like Vampire Survivors.
- Non-animated popup ads are shown randomly, and can only be closed by clicking the small x in the top corner.
- As a colorblind person, it was hard to see some enemies against the background.

- There’s a large variety of types of weapons and items.
- Your stats are accessible during a stage.
- Horizontally oriented screen, if that’s your preference.
- Fast-paced gameplay.
CONS
- There is no option to play in portrait/vertical screen orientation. This was the biggest issue for me, since I’m not used to playing with my thumbs.
- Simplistic graphics, especially the main characters. They look like eggs, not potatoes.
- The stage/play area is way smaller than other games like Vampire Survivors and hence feels confined.
- Each weapon or item you receive after a wave has a penalty. For example, -1 Armor, -2% Speed, etc…

- You can equip your hero with a variety of items of different rarity.
- You receive a lot of free stuff from daily log ins, missions, etc…
- There is more than one way to evolve some weapons. In other words, some weapons have 2 evolutions.
- There is a progress bar at the bottom of the screen when you are playing a stage. Hence, you can see what is coming in terms of enemies. Generally, you won’t see this in games like Vampire Survivors.
CONS
- The game seems excessively monetized, with offers popping up constantly. Also, it seems focused on getting you to click the optional ads.
- Most weapons feel weak, seeing that only the ST Domain weapon made me feel relatively safe.
- There is no option to reroll when you get 3 upgrade choices that you don’t need or want.
- You can’t see stats for your damage, so there’s no easy way to tell which weapon is best for you.
- I couldn’t find a weapon evolution chart in the game, I had to Google it.
- Once, after selecting an upgrade, I immediately died to the mobs. In order to avoid this, a very short delay could be added before restarting the action.

- The game has a clean, polished interface, and is not cluttered as some games like Vampire Survivors are.
- You can equip Pickle Pete with a large variety of items of varying rarity.
- You can save more than one equipment set, and change the gear you are wearing with one click.
- New features such as Missions, Patrol and The Shop are unlocked as you progress through the levels.
- Supply chests may appear during a wave, containing high level items and even the in-game currency called “Gem“. However, you must stay near it for some time to unlock it.
- There are next to no popup ads, only optional ads. Certainly, this alone makes it more enjoyable than some other games like Vampire Survivors.
CONS
- The game is pretty hard, hence you will die a lot. Especially if you are a beginner.
- Enemies can spawn right under you if you aren’t careful. Very frustrating, indeed.
- Frequently it feels like there’s nowhere to run, due to the confined stage area.
- I played a couple of Missions (challenges) and they seemed too difficult for a new player.
- The flow of the game is constantly interrupted after each wave, in order for you to buy weapons and items from the stage shop.
